🌿 FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What kind of coaching do you offer?
A: I offer intentional living and cycle-breaking coaching for moms who are ready to step out of hustle culture and into a slower, more values-aligned life.
That might include support with nervous system regulation, healing emotional patterns, homeschooling rhythms, conscious parenting, and reclaiming peace in your everyday life. Every session is deeply personal and tailored to you.

Q: What makes this different from therapy?
A: Coaching is future-focused, practical, and action-oriented. While therapy often dives into deep trauma healing and diagnosis, coaching helps you get clear on where you are now, what you want next, and how to get there in a grounded, compassionate way.

If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can be a beautiful complement—especially if you’re craving forward momentum and personal empowerment.

Q: I’m new to slow living and conscious parenting. Is that okay?
A: 100%. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
Whether you’re just dipping your toe in or already homeschooling and healing—there’s space for you here. There’s no pressure to “perform” or get it perfect. This is about building a life that feels real and true to you.

Q: What happens during a free 1:1 Discovery Call?
A: We’ll spend 60 minutes together talking about where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what kind of life you’re hoping to create. I’ll offer gentle coaching and reflection, and you’ll walk away with more clarity—even if we don’t end up working together long-term.

There’s no pressure to sign up for anything—this is just a chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?
A: Yes. I believe support should be accessible. I offer flexible payment options for coaching packages and occasionally open up sliding-scale spots. If you’re feeling called to this work but finances are a concern, reach out—we can talk.

Q: I’m not a mom yet, but I relate to your message. Can I still work with you?
A: Absolutely. If you’re on a healing journey, wanting to break generational cycles, or exploring slow, intentional living—even if you’re not a mother—you’re welcome here.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Start by booking your free Discovery Call session or sending me a message through the contact form. We’ll go from there—no pressure, just presence.

Q: How often should I book sessions?
A: Most clients find that meeting weekly or biweekly helps build momentum and create lasting change. I’ll work with you to find a rhythm that fits your life, energy, and capacity—there’s no one-size-fits-all.

Q: Are sessions virtual or in person?
A: All coaching is currently virtual via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. I’m based in Western New York (EST), and I offer flexible time slots to support busy family life.

Q: What if I’m nervous or unsure about coaching?
A: That’s totally okay. Many of my clients feel hesitant at first—it’s vulnerable to ask for support. The free session is a gentle space to explore what coaching might feel like, without pressure or judgment.

Q: Is everything I share confidential?
A: Yes. Your privacy is a priority. All sessions are confidential, and your personal information is never shared without your permission. (See my Privacy Policy for more details.)

Q: What happens after I purchase a coaching package?
A: Once you purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with a scheduling link, an intake form, and optional prep resources to help you make the most of your sessions. I’ll guide you through every step—no guesswork needed.

Q: What is the Rooted Rising group program?
A: Rooted Rising is my signature 8-week live group program for moms ready to reclaim motherhood from the inside out. We blend weekly coaching, values-based tools, and community support to help you reconnect with yourself and show up rooted—even in the chaos. It runs three times a year.

That’s okay.
