Rooted Rising is an 8-week group coaching experience for burned-out moms ready to reclaim their peace, reconnect with who they are, and create a life that actually feels good again.

Rooted Rising shows you that you don’t.

This is not a parenting course.
This is a coming home to yourself — so you can mother from a place of grounded peace instead of constant depletion.

Through weekly lessons, live group coaching, and a supportive community of women walking the same path, you’ll:

  • Reconnect to your body, needs, and voice
  • Understand the root causes of your burnout
  • Get clear on your values — and start honoring them
  • Learn to set boundaries with love
  • Release the guilt that’s keeping you stuck
  • Start showing up as the version of yourself you’ve been missing

  • Weekly video lessons to guide your internal work (watch anytime)
  • 8 weekly live group coaching calls (60–75 mins on Zoom)
  • Private community of women on the same journey (off Facebook)
  • Weekly integration practices: journaling, grounding, reflection
  • A beautifully designed Rooted Rising workbook
  • Optional add-on: discounted 1:1 support (limited spots)

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
